This book is a karate training course, a synthesis of many of its modern forms, united into one fundamental system of physical and spiritual development. The proposed training course is divided into sections based on didactic features corresponding to levels: basic, advanced, increased complexity, and highest. At the end of each section, there are examination tasks, successful completion of which will allow you to start wearing a new hierarchical belt and move on to a more advanced training program. The first book of the Course fully presents the theoretical part, introducing readers to the history of karate development, its philosophical and medical aspects, teaching methods, and the basics of teaching this martial art, as well as the basic and advanced stages of a seven-year training course in karate technique from a beginner to a grandmaster, including 700 practical lessons teaching 1400 different technical actions. The material of increased and highest complexity, dedicated to defense techniques against multiple armed and unarmed opponents, is in the second book, which is being released by our publishing house simultaneously with the first. Unlike many traditional styles of karate, where sparring training with limited contact is practiced, the teaching methods and competition rules outlined in the book allow for the improvement of technical actions using full contact. This will undoubtedly have a positive impact on the development of fighters' higher speed-strength qualities and various types of reactions, as well as strengthening their bodies to withstand strong blows from opponents and, of course, on the cultivation of the spirit of the athlete-fighter.
