The authors explore the transition to multipolarity as the conditions for ensuring sustainable dynamic development, overcoming negative trends. Multipolarity, according to the authors, is a combination of political and economic conditions, which in the framework of globalization of the world economy, where the economy becomes the main sphere of the partnership, acts as a tool for the formation of new poles - the interface centers of political interests, economic interaction and conscientious competing. Multipolarity eliminates the confrontational confrontation of the Poles-centers, the arms race and the widespread use of military strategies to achieve political and economic purposes.
