Multiparty system as the basis of the constitutional order of Russia. Monograph

The monograph is dedicated to one of the most pressing problems of the modern development of the Russian state and society - the problem of the formation of a sustainable constitutional model of multiparty and ensuring its proper legal regulation. Multipalences are considered from the moment of its origin in Russia and so far. The history of the formation and development of multipartyness appears in work as a complex, controversial process of finding the model of the political system, the most organic for Russia, taking into account the experience of foreign countries. The dynamics of legal regulation of party construction clearly shows the impact on the party system of economic, social, ideological, foreign policy conditions and factors. The influence of legislation is revealed as to create new parties, i.e. Stimulating multiparty and legislative restriction (regulation) of multiparty. Considering the multiparty as the basis of the constitutional system, the author allocates a number of problems that interfere with this stage of multiparties to reveal its entire constitutional potential. Despite the fact that multiparties in modern Russia is already a quarter of a century, the question of the path of its development does not cease to be relevant. The interdisciplinary approach made it possible to significantly expand the science of scientific development of state-legal reality in relation to the problem of multiparty, which is revealed not only through the prism of the formal jurisprudence, but also the philosophy of law, sociology of law, political science, social psychology, conflictology. On the basis of identified patterns that predict the development of events with the necessary degree of reliability, the scenarios of the development of the situation in the sphere of Russia"s party construction were developed, the most acceptable of them were noted.
