Alexander Sergeyevich Griboedov (1795 - 1829) - Russian diplomat, poet, playwright, pianist and composer. World Glory A.S. Griboedov was brought by his comedy “Woe from Wit” (1822–1824) This play is a satire on the aristocratic Moscow society of the first half of the 19th century. The main conflict is flared up between Chatsky, a representative of the new generation of nobles, and the Famusov society, in which it is customary to appreciate not man, but his rank and money.
“I"m not talking about poetry,” A.S. wrote about comedy Pushkin - half should enter the proverbs. Indeed, one of us does not use such winged expressions of the immortal comedy: “Who are the judges?”, “Would you be glad to serve, to serve as sick”, “Is it possible to choose hairpins away for walking?”
