In this book, for the first time, a detailed biography of Nuns Mary (Skobzova), the chronicle of the earthly path of the woman, whose name is incurred in at all numerous list of people who could be said that these are real Christians of the twentieth century. Her life, first in Russia, and then in emigration, was very active and bright. Mother Maria opened free dining rooms, home for the elderly and homeless. During the Second World War and the occupation of France, it saved and sheltered Soviet prisoners of war. This dangerous activity tied it with French resistance and as a result led to its tragic death in the Ravensbrück concentration camp.
The name of Mary Mary until today is used as a banner for a variety of ideas, and many disputes are associated with her life and glorification in the Russian Orthodox church.
