At first there was a picture, and this picture was watercolor
When a good mood, I write watercolors. I am pleasure in the transparency of paints, from how they breathe. When the mood is bad, again I pick up the brush to calm down, go into a comfortable coordinate system. This is my way of thinking. Some of these watercolor thoughts seemed to me more expressive than other texts - that’s why they are here. But watercolor is not only paints, it is also a fresh word. You can write with paints, but you can - in words! To write in simple and clear words is no less pleasure.
"pebbles in a boot" were just born on the way to that very coordinate system. From attempts to overcome the feeling familiar to everyone that a sucking pebble hit you in a shoe. From the understanding that until you shake it out, he will interfere, distort the picture of the world. And try to “shake” a different interference not from the boot, but from the head. "Pebbles" - situations and thoughts in connection with them.
"Foreign legion" - in fact the same "pebbles", only "imported". The story about the plots that are impossible, because we are different. Not at all like Germans, Norwegians or Hindus. Something here is definitely disappointed those who still believe that that is good to the Russian, then the Germans are death. Because in fact, the Germans are inconceivably, unimaginably patient in their life, but they will not demolish what we have reconciled with, which we waved our hand and hung a white flag - "ourselves more expensive".
Stories and stories, I hope, do not need explanations. But still I admit that technically and at first they were for me a series of pictures, in which color spots, illumination, glare - everything had meaning. These images are still alive, and, probably, this is why it is so difficult for me to judge how accurate their verbal retelling turned out
