Moral Foundations of Law: Monograph

The topic of this study is widely demanded in science as a result of the relevance and acute problems of the moral problems of modern post-industrial society. And although many issues of moral substantiation of law were repeatedly raised in domestic and foreign literature, the pace of changes in the living conditions of people, the degree of transformation of moral, legal and other values ​​predetermine the need for a constant revision of the social science of their findings in finding new, best solutions. The paper analyzes the right and morality as existing regulatory systems, continued thematic lines scheduled by the author in the book Social Rights. General features and differences from morality are thoroughly studied, the moral and legal issues of social assistance, the organization of charity and social security systems. Some legal problems are considered in the context of the modern confrontation of morality and immoralism.
