The monograph is the result of generalizing and analyzing these perennial research and scientific and methodological support for the preparation of young athletes of Dyushor in Moscow, youth and youth teams of the country. The research was carried out on the basis of the Laboratory of Functional Diagnostics and Medical Control of VNIIFK. Representatives of 11 sports: basketball, volleyball, rowing, gymnastics, football, fencing, swimming, water polo, tennis, judo, hockey with a washer - served as an object of study.
