The book is dedicated to the issue of monitoring the functional readiness of athletes of different age groups as a systemic-diagnostic and prognostic form of operational control, equipped with the latest mobile equipment for diagnostics and physiotherapeutic devices for urgent recovery. The features and effectiveness of programs for monitoring the functional readiness of athletes are considered: at different stages of sports training, taking into account the playing position, different ages and qualifications in football, ice hockey, volleyball, and sports specialization in figure skating, the features of vegetative orthostatic stability of tall athletes and the state of bone and muscle metabolism during intense jumping loads, the features of temporal adaptation during long-distance flights and time zone changes in athletes of different genders and ages, and the correction of symptoms of acute desynchronosis. The effectiveness of private, local monitoring is revealed through the study of body weight and components of muscle and fat mass dynamics in two Olympic training cycles. The possibility of a self-control diary for the operational assessment of the tolerance of training loads in children at the early stage of sports training is discussed. The effectiveness of model indicators of game elements in the process of monitoring game activities in competitions according to the "Data-Volley" program is proven. The book is intended for doctors, coaches, sports specialists, professional athletes, coaches of sports schools, parents of children in the early and initial stages of training.
