In this paper, a deterministic model was presented for the first time for a quantitative assessment of the contribution of populations into a parthenogenetic type gene pool, working on the basis of the mono-fusion PCR analysis data and allowing the simultaneous calculation according to the results of PCR analysis of several polymorphic loci.
The implementation of this mathematical model allows you to quantify the contribution of populations into parthenogenetic species gene pool and discloses the genetic and population structure of parthenovide.
