The monograph is devoted to the philosophical understanding of a wide range of problems related to the position of the Russian state in the modern world, the influence of external, including information factors to choose from the Russian authority of the country"s political vector of development in the past and present. The work discusses the methodological aspects of the ratio of the matrix of the Russian statehood and the specific historical forms of the state. The difficulties of becoming their own development path of the Russian state are shown. The focus of the authors of the monograph are also ideological problems of modernity. It has been shown that recently the ideological content of Western globalism has changed significantly, the methods and means of using the soft ideology, the substantiation of the World Civil War as a geopolitical strategy of the XXI century. The monograph is given an analysis of social and historical and ideological and spiritual factors that contribute to the consolidation and unity of modern Russian society. An attempt was made to give a modern understanding of ideology as a means that ensures the integrative nature of the Russian state.
