The work is devoted to the generalization of the first experience of the practical use of a new method of studying modern tectonic movements - radar interferometry in a complex with multi-spectral and thermal infrared surveys in relation to solving a number of tasks in search, exploration and development of oil and gas fields. The results obtained for each stage of geological exploration work are considered. New geological information compared to traditional methods is ensured by the highest spatial resolution of remote methods, a measured continuous field of data and their monitoring in time. In particular, the amplitude of the shifts of the earth"s surface, induced by tectonic and technogenic movements, is recorded when developing deposits determined in the range of millimeters - centimeters. Data processing is carried out in a complex with geological and geophysical and commercial information.
The book is intended for specialists in the field of oil and gas geology, teachers, graduate students and students of higher educational institutions of geological profile
