The book of Alexander Gorshkov is a famous journalist, a mediator of the Cherkasy diocese, the author of many stories on the church -legal subject in the adventure genre. These are books that are widely known to Orthodox readers not only in Ukraine, but also far beyond its borders: "Samaritan", the trilogy "Hermit", "Angelina", "Sinners", "Kiss of the Angel", "Kapkan" and others.
The new book is called "Skihei" and is a modern interpretation of the famous gospel history about Ideatar Zachee.
This is the first book that is the blessing of the highly aware archbishop of Cherkasy and Kanevsky Theodosius at the Orthodox Cherkasy publishing house Canon, it received official approval from the publishing department of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church and has the permission of the review commission of the department for distribution.
The book is designed for a wide range of readers interested in issues of spirituality, Christian morality, the confrontation of many temptations and falls.
Like most of the previous books of this author, the new story is written in an accessible literary style in the adventure genre, has an acute dynamic plot that will keep the reader"s attention to the last page
