When the rains begin

1930, the times of British colonial rule in India. After the death of her husband, Eliza decides to devote himself to his career. A young widow is a talented photographer, and when she is offered to go to India for a year in order to capture scenes from the life of the ruling dynasty in one of the principalities, she readily clutches for this opportunity to prove herself.
Eliza does not suspect how cool the trip will change her fate. And how difficult this fate will be. India is full of contrasts and contradictions, a lot is delighted here, much is horrified. The estate inequality and centuries -old traditions, public opinion and palace intrigues ... It seems that all the circumstances are against Eliza and the man whom she has to love, were together.
