“We had a great era” - the first book of the cycle “Kharkov Trilogy”, which also includes the novels “Teenager Savenko” and “Young villain”. The novel tells about the parents and school years of the writer. Childhood, which came in the first post-war years, was difficult, but in its own way happy. On the pages of this book, Limonov represents its own version of the Great Age, its own view of the Soviet empire, formed contrary to the imposed from the outside.
