Tremarnok is an open coastal village in picturesque Cornwall. Old variegated houses crowded at the fishing harbor. Cozy crooked streets overgrown with flowers. There is a pub and a popular restaurant. And many cute eccentrics. It was in such a village that Liz found refuge for herself and her daughter Rosie, escaping from the noisy London and from the girl’s indifferent father. Liz works from morning to late at night that to feed himself and his daughter. And although her life is not easy, she is happy with everything. The main thing is that Rosie is healthy, and everything else will be applied. But once the unforeseen is happening, and Liz and Rosie"s life turns over. The replacement of a modest idyll does not come for a life, but for death. And you can win it only if you are supported. But who will support a stranger in the village? Where, it turns out, there are secrets, and ramps and even ambitions ... a charming novel, which so you want to climb, join his heroes and enjoy the incredibly cozy atmosphere of a wonderful Cornwall village.

Before I wrote novels, I was a journalist, wrote for newspapers and women"s magazines. I started as a reporter for the Plymouth newspaper The Western Morning News and a lot of wheels and Cornwall, the most idyllic England, on my ancient "mini". Later I worked for national publications, but I constantly thought that I wanted to write seriously. And once I decided on it. I live in South London with my beloved husband and three children
