Graham Green (1904-1991)-English writer, international journalist who has visited many “hot” points, an agent of English intelligence-a person whose life could write an equally exciting novel than those who came out from under him pen. She was repeatedly nominated for the Nobel Prize, but did not receive it, since academics considered the genre of criminal and spy novel too frivolous for such a high award. However, no one will remember many Nobel laureates, and Green, according to apt remark, criticism, “is still interesting to intellectuals and lovers of action-packed literature.”
