In 1958 in Cambridge Jim meets Eve - and the world is split into three parts. We have to see all the versions of how we could develop the relationship of the young man and the girl and follow the life of Jim and Eve in three "dimensions", following the heroes in New York, Los Angeles, to the art commune in Cornwall, returning to Cambridge. Together or by alone, finding or not finding other life companions, becoming or not becoming parents - Jim and Eve pass through many tests, they learn a lot of joy and grief. Watching this bizarre dance of fate, it is impossible not to think about: have your life missed opportunities, paths that you did not turn into? And how many paths that you went, obeying other people"s desires? Their further fate depends on what will happen next.

Laura Barnett - writer, journalist, theater critic. She worked in The Guardian and The Daily Telegraph, at present - an independent journalist, her reviews are published in The Guardian, The Observer and Time Out, and other British newspapers and magazines.
Laura Barnett was born in 1982 in the southern part of London, where he still lives with her husband. She studied the Spanish and Italian languages in Cambridge and journalism at the University of London. Her first book, a collection of recommendations for actors entitled "Tips of the Players", was published by Nick Hern Books. Prior to this, Laura Barnett published stories for which she received several literary awards. "Three versions of us" are her first novel
