Boris Kherson, living in Odessa (b. 1950) is one of the most significant Russian poets of Ukraine. The publications of his poems, which began in Russia only in the 2000s, attracted the attention of critics of all aesthetic "camps". Kherson"s works break the usual ideas about the boundaries of the lyrics and epic: from separate details, replicas, biographical details in his verses there is a feeling of a long, non -resistant and suction movement of history - "rivers of times". Any era, stereoscopically depicted in his poems, from the early Middle Ages to this day - remains an unhealed injury: "The break of time is a moat filled with the fears of those who live so far, ”says one of his heroes. Salvation from the injury is the personalization of time, presenting it as a patterned canvas woven from individual fate, meetings, persons. The book includes the visual works of one of the leaders of the Ukrainian wave of postmodernism "Alexander Roitburd - in black and white versions prepared
