Sergey Nosov is a writer, poet, laureate of a number of literary and theater awards (Gogol Award, named after Andrei Tolubeev, the National Bestseller prize, etc), the finalist of the Big Book and "Russian Bouquer". His book is written in the genre of "other local history", but at the same time this is a phenomenon of artistic prose.
