An employee of one of the Russian companies is an intelligent and decisive Muscovite Alexander, left by his spouse, meets on the Internet with the Scotsman Edward, who outwardly very similar to a Siberian. After a year of virtual communication, she crashes to learn “English with a Scottish accent” at one of the language schools of Edinburgh. The main characters of the story are direct descendants of the participants in the tragic event of the end of the Second World War, when the English submarine Sanfish, transferred by reparation by Soviet sailors, was sunk by the British coastal aircraft as a result of erroneous fire (Frendley Fayer) The rethinking of the event after many decades is the main dramatic motive of the story. And the immense raging ocean, mountains and the endless sky are the irregular heroes of the narrative.
