The collection of selected works of the Italian prose writer, poet and translator Cesare Paveze (1908-1950) included the novels "Beautiful Summer", "Moon and Bonnels", stories "Friends", "Wedding Journey", poems "Personomers of Paper", "Ulysses", "," "Simplicity", "morning star", "resurrection", "I will pass along the Square of Spain" and others. The leading theme of Paveze"s work is a person’s readiness for death. Its texts are characterized by biographicality and marginal frankness. Paveze poetry, in essence, are stories in verses where the narrative is usually conducted in the first person. The poems included in the book are published in Italian and Russian. In an extensive preface to the anthology, Pavez’s life and creative path is recreated, and individual works of the author are studied. The publication is addressed to all the Italian literature of the 20th century
