At the same time, he is tormented by internal contradictions, the resolution of which requires a successful combination of circumstances and a clear understanding by the hero of his desires and true aspirations. Will the chairman of the Board of Directors of the Lizin company make a choice between their business ambitions involved in manipulations and subtle fraud, and a deep sense of justice, which are based on the suffering of the people surrounding him in his youth, the recognition of their human dignity? The author does not give an unambiguous answer to this question and suggests the reader to figure it out on his own, following the movements of the soul of the main character and the ups and downs of his life path.
