At first, you can’t guess that Grisha, a silent person who lives with his mother in an emigrant apartment in Yafo, is actually a time wanderer. His soul wanders from the body to the body, from century to century for 400 years: from the dense Polish place - to the Venetian ghetto, from there to the Jewish cemetery in Morocco and through the German concentration camp - to modern Israel. It’s like a “eternal Jew”, wandering around the world in his disputes with God, Grisha, the most truthful liar in the world, does not find peace. Either because of a crime committed once, or in search of lost love, and maybe just by chance. His mother tries to explain these stories about “rebirth” by real events from his childhood.
