In the third novel, from the historical cycle about Kurt Seiite and Shura Verzhenskaya, the Turkish writer immerses the reader in the life of the decadent and emigrant Paris of the twenties of the last century. The heroine enters the service in the fashion house of Felix Yusupov and Grand Duchess Irina Romanova. Beauty model plunges into secular life with all her brilliance and poverty. Among her friends are Russian, French, American celebrities - from the glorified Gertrude Stein living in the luxury of the famous Gertrude to the bridge night under the bridge and so far an unknown Gaitov Gazdanov. Will the heroine be able to get a mother and sister out of Bolshevik Russia, will she forget Kurt Seit and finally find true love?
