The new book of the historian and diplomat Artyom Rudnitsky is devoted to Soviet -German relations in the pre -war period, more precisely, the diplomatic "cuisine", and is based primarily on a unique selection of archival documents: official correspondence, encryption, official notes, memoranda, certificates and private letters.
