Zhang Xuedun (b. 1972), writer from the north-west of China, deputy chairman of the Writers of the Ninsya-Hay Autonomous Region. He is the author of six novels, one and a half dozen stories and many stories. The work of Zhang Xedun is realistic, it is inextricably linked with modern Chinese reality. The plots of his works, as a rule, contain intrigue, differ in unexpected turns, encounter heroes with a complex moral choice. The language of Zhang Xedun is distinguished by its original imagery and vividly reflects the features of the Chinese worldview. In 2020, a collection of novels Zhang Xyedun "Kiss Snake" was published in Russian.
