National drama is one of the best ways to get acquainted with the culture of the country at a particular moment in time: the theater responds to what is happening faster and more directly than other types of art. The Hungarian drama is replete with both works on the anger of the day and attempts to comprehend the past and the present, the authors, answering the questions that the modernity poses to them, turn to various (including recent) periods of the twentieth century, looking for the roots of current problems in them. The real collection presents traditional plays, that is, written by professional playwrights (a cup of Miko, a cup of sex), a drama in poems (Janos of Teres), texts that are the alloy of a directorial and traditional play (their authors at the same time playwrights, actors, and directors - Bela Pinter, Sabolch Haida, Adam Feketa) and Monodram (Eva Peterf-Novak) All plays were highly appreciated by Hungarian criticism (awarded the awards of the theater critics workshop as the best plays of the year) and received a successful stage embodiment
