The first acquaintance with the work of Antoine Blonden (1922 - 1991) fills one of the largest white spots in the presentation of the Russian reader about the French literature of the twentieth century based on the novel "Monkey in winter", awarded the prestigious literary prize "Enterelee" made a wonderful film with the participation of Jean Gaben and Jean Field Belmondo. One of the main actors of the novel is the wine that allows the hero and his young friend to experience an incomparable sense of freedom and at the same time enslaves their will.
