Moscow, 90s. The main character Katya Suvorova (graduate student of Moscow State University) works in the real estate agency Foster, founded by her artist Michael. She selects apartments for customers and falls into ridiculous and tragic stories. The paradox is that finding apartments to everyone, she cannot find her, in which she lived in childhood with mom and dad.
