In the new book of the famous writer Boris Sokolov, previously never published stories, accidentally found by the author in his own long -term archive during the move, were collected. They are very different by the years of writing, both in content, and in execution (technology, tonality), and for the time reflected in them. In each of these forgotten stories of the last century, its time has set aside - each time with large and small signs inherent in it. I must say that at the time of their creation, the author did not retreat from the principles of his work: to be honest in front of himself and his conscience, not to be cunning, not to yawn in front of the reader and, moreover, not to look back at censorship - the rules that he always followed
