The fourteen -year -old Dita was taken from the ghetto Terezin with her mother and father, and now she survives in the Aushvitz death camp in the children"s block. The senior on Blok, Fredi Hirsch, tells a child about the underground library and asks her to follow the safety of eight volumes, which the prisoners managed to carry to the camp.
