In the future, which is painted by Otsya Avdich, the Soviet Union did not cease to exist, on the contrary, the majority of European countries entered the social camp, which bears the proud name of the friendly union. The action begins in Stockholm, the protectorate of Sweden, in March 2037. Anna Francis, an employee of the ministry, proposes to take part in a secret experiment: the government is looking for an employee who will take a vacant place in the Ran mysterious project, and it is Anna who should help choose this employee. To do this, she, together with the candidates, will be sent to Isla island, where after some time she will have to simulate her death and see how people who are on the island behave in a critical situation. But what is happening quickly gets out of control, each of the team members keeps its terrible secrets, and the whole operation is not at all what it seems
