The short stories of Vladimir Rabinovich (more precisely, "posts" - the book with his device and design repeats the Facebook tone with all its attributes) are owe to new digital reality - social networks. From there - brevity and aphorism, a variety of plots while maintaining a constant lyrical hero. This hero changes cities and countries (Soviet Belarus and the USA), passes through different, sometimes cruel, life conflicts. In the literal sense of the word, he cannot protect himself from either Suma or from prison. Rabinovich writes "harshly", the circumstances of the stories are sometimes tragic, but to attribute these texts to the “black” literature does not allow the author’s love to his heroes and hope for happiness and gaining peace - after all troubles, mistakes and contrary to everyday absurdity.

He was born and raised in Minsk, in 1987 he emigrated in the USA, and before that he studied at the institute, served in the army, worked as a loader, a mound of the stage in the theater, and an ambulance department as a nurse. He sat in prison and "on chemistry" (convicted in 1980 - prohibited fishing) In New York, he became a taxi driver.
