Havana. 1993. In Cuba - the midst of a "special period", a large -scale economic crisis that arose after the collapse of the USSR. Empty shelves in stores, turning off electricity and unemployment have become commonplace.
Hulia, a teacher of mathematics, believes that, having found a document proving that the phone was not invented by Alexander Gray Bell, but Antonio Meuchchi in Havana, she will be able to change her life. Together with a group of movable Donkihotsky goal, the like -minded people of Hulia will have to figure out confusing family history during the period of national despair in Cuba.
