So, the revival of the Astrakhan literary magazine "Green Ray" finally took place. In the summer of this year, the first issue was released. What prevented this event from taking place earlier? Of course, the lack of an interested publisher. In entering the first number, we talked about the founder of the first version of the magazine Alexander Sakhnov. We gratefully recall Sasha, but life does not stand still. In Astrakhan there were always many people who are talentedly writing, but the combination of literary talent with the success of a public figure and entrepreneur at the same time was a special gift. Fortunately, they have our fellow countryman Alexander Gritsenko, chairman of the International Board of the International Union of Writers, who decided that in his hometown there should be a literary journal. No sooner said than done. We gladly joined in the work, and now the second number of the "green beam" is waiting for our reader. We take the opportunity to express gratitude to Alexander Gritsenko from the Astrakhan, and not only Astrakhan, authors, and also congratulate our hero of the anniversary to Eleanor Tatarintsev and all the winners of literary competitions that took place this year
