Albert Anatolyevich Likhanov (1935-2021) is a well -known Russian writer and public figure, founder of the Russian children"s fund, who gave more 30 years to his childhood service. His books are widely known not only in Russia, but also in many countries of the world. All of them are permeated by indifference to children"s destinies.
