Abraham B. Jehoshua is the writer of the generation of Amos Oz, Meir Shallev and Aaron Apelfeld, one of the most read in Israel and beyond and one of the most titled (bials, alternatives, Giovanni Bokkaccio, Vialedgio and others) of Israeli authors. Jehoshua’s new novel tells about the family of a young soldier, killed by a “friendly fire”. The father of the deceased is trying to find out how and who could make that fatal shot.
