A new, first published translation of the play about the Aesope of the Brazilian playwright, prose writer, theatrical critic Gillermie Figiedu (1915-1997) is presented. The play was first translated into Russian in 1957 and in the same year was staged by George Tovstonogov in the Big Drama Theater. The book is equipped with many black and white illustrations and can serve as a wonderful gift.
