The main characters of both novels are women -warriors and ruler. The Countess of Berown is the world of the future, in everyday life quite realistic, in many ways we understand and close to us.
The action takes place in a Czech outback, where after a nuclear war that destroyed European civilization, a handful of people survived. And even those unscientific assumptions, as a result of which ours today is so incredibly distorted, against the background of current events look more and less fantastic. The war ends in the war in the "Eternal Island": they can be quite conditionally called the world of unbridled consumption and the world of spirituality and service. Circumstances, as in the first story, fantastic, but heroes with their passions, concepts and habits are modern, recognizable. The author of the book - a person who is well aware in military affairs, who knows the culture and life of many peoples - claims that at his forty years he has repeatedly met such people and such situations in his wanderings. "There was a serious political conversation at the table. Berone was vital to go to the sea. This was required to capture the lands of the former Croatia ... "Fantastic or already a chronicle?
