The hero of the novel by Jonathan Vidgop is a writer who, in search of creative freedom and solitude, leaves the parental house. A random train brings a fugitive to a strange city: residents here prefer to forget everything that can upset them is even the letters of their own alphabet. With the arrival of a stranger inside this closed world, changes begin to take place: the townspeople first take the writer for New Moses, and then inevitably disappointed in their choice. At first, the seemingly ridiculous and absurd life of a small city in front of the reader turns into a monstrous Kafkian nightmare, when the heroes begin to lose human appearance along with memory. Jonatan Vidgop - Russian -speaking Israeli writer, director, founder of the Institute of Science and Heritage of the Jewish People Am Hazikaron
