The main characters of stories from the collection Blessing are several men and one fox. The fox is a real and at the same time metaphorical figure, it symbolizes life itself. The nameless hero of the story, a hunter who came to the forest in order to kill a fox, receives a lesson in life, which changes the entire course of events for him and his family. For the rich Gevorg, his bride is the same “turning point”, and for the angry Nicholas, a cheating neighbor in the clinic.
The author shows heroes that are completely different in social and financial position, beliefs and aspirations, but they have a common feature: they want to manage their lives, make decisions, guided by their own beliefs and desires.
“This is impossible,” many will say, others will demand to reveal the secret. But will the author raise a veil of secrets, after which you will forever change your life?
