The satirical tale of the famous British writer George Orwell "Cross Courtyard" is an incredible story that made a lot of noise, until 1988, banned in the USSR. The rebellious animals drove off the cruel owner-exploiter and took possession of the farm, proclaiming their republic, where everyone was equal. But gradually a privileged class of animals, which takes the place of exiled people, stands out from the total mass. The author masterfully traces the transition from the idea of ​​universal equality to dictatorship and totalitarian regime. The Orwell parable written more than 70 years ago is more relevant than ever.
