In the center of the story of this, sometimes shocking, harsh and pain book, is a woman. The heroine, in her youth, is a paratrooper and a pilot of the balloon, having survived a personal tragedy, forced to do a completely different business in another country, one might say, in the after -grinder: she is a cosmetologist, lives and works in New York.
A whole string of strange characters passes before her eyes, because, by the nature of her current profession, the heroine is faced with fantastic, today almost ordinary "gender shifts", with discouraging, or even repulsive pictures of society. And, oddly enough, from this garland, in the words of the heroine, “cripples” grows a grotesque, tragic, insignificant and high image of modern love.
This story, in which there is not a single obscenity word, should be released under the head of 18+, and better 40+... - for everything in it is so naked and defenseless, cynical and piercingly intimate that in many scenes of shame.
