The creator of the Moomin-trolls Tove Jansson can rightfully be called one of the most mysterious writers of the last century. Laconically and honestly talking about everyday, Janson seemed to be instructions for her life, not forgetting to fill the works with autobiographical details. She grew up in a creative family: her mother was an illustrator, and her father was a sculptor. Tuva herself began to draw at fifteen and dreamed of becoming an artist, not a writer. She succeeded both.
The book includes the novels “Honest Deception” (1982) and “Stone Field” (1984), as well as a collection of short stories and miniatures “Able to listen” (1971)
