The unusual edition of the play by Ivan Sergeevich Turgenev (1818-1883) is dedicated to the 200th anniversary of the writer"s birth. The comedy was written in 1850, its action takes place on the estate of Islaev in the early 1840s, and the love quadrangle is based on. Natalya Petrovna, the wife of a wealthy landowner, falls in love with a student, a teacher of his own son. Mikhail Alexandrovich Rakitin - a family friend, has long loved the mistress.
