This course of veterinary therapy continues the traditions of the first edition by Dr. Robert U. Kirk, preserved by the editor and compiler John D. Bonagura, a doctor of veterinary medicine. The book's section editors and corresponding appendices are 20 of the world's most renowned veterinary doctors with extensive clinical practice experience.
This edition contains over 1300 pages divided into 14 sections dedicated to a wide range of diseases in domestic animals. Specific issues of modern veterinary practice are detailed in 310 separate chapters authored by nearly 400 contributors. The book covers:
