Modern conditions of district labor payment regulation

The publication addresses the issues of wages, providing benefits, guarantees and compensation to persons employed in the areas of the Far North, equivalent to them areas, as well as in some other regions of the country.
The book analyzes the features of the application of the norms of existing legislation today, when, along with the provisions of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, a significant number of regulatory legal acts of the former USSR are being used. Practical recommendations are given, in what cases documents can be applied 1950-1980s, and when it should be guided solely by new documents.
