The book describes a comprehensive approach to solving diagnostic problems in acute adhesive fine obstruction. The leading cause of adverse outcomes in acute adhesive fine obstruction are errors of diagnostics, which lead to inadequate treatment. The authors have accumulated significant experience in the treatment of patients in accordance with the developed diagnostic algorithm, which includes an overview radiography of the abdominal cavity with an assessment of the passage of a contrast substance on a small intestine, an ultrasound study with doppler of the vessels of the small intestine and diagnostic laparoscopy.
