The book is a documentary embodiment of the project "Improving the qualifications of the Publishing Specialists of Eastern Europe and Central Asia, 2009-2011", events held in a number of countries in the region: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan for more than three years under control and when coordinating the institute. Goethe in Moscow. The collection is a quintessence of many years of intensive cooperation and joint work of specialists - representatives of publishing houses from Eastern Europe, Central Asia, South Caucasus and Germany. It includes materials and reflects the experience gained by participants of more than 60 seminars, trainings and round tables.
